"This was an unbelievable massive disaster. I did my sleep exam through Dr. Gordon’s office but Dr. Rawinis read the results. I will leave the same review there. When I picked up the device I told the staff I was concerned as I tend to have insomnia. The staff reassured me I could call the next morning and have the device reset and make sure the results were noted and not read. As expected I had insomnia and only slept about 45 minutes at the start of the night. Around 1am I kept the device on but gave up and wrote several work emails. At 3am I took out the garbage. At 5am I left a voicemail for the office and at 6am I left a message on their portal asking them to reset the device as I did not sleep. Here’s where it gets crazy. My results were read immediately by Dr. Rawinis. They wrongly showed I slept a full 8 hours. The staff at the office - STARTED ARGUING WITH ME that her results were right and - AND - my own experience was wrong. Even though I had work emails sent marked at 2:20am, even though I left a time stamped message in their portal - they argued that I was asleep - and I WAS WRONG. But I have time stamped documentation to prove my experience since clearly my first hand knowledge couldn’t possibly be right. How dare someone tell you your basic life experience is wrong - it’s mind boggling. What’s even worse is that my insurance would not let me retest. The office was extremely nasty and refused to compare the wrong results to the time stamped messages and AND - THEY CHARGED ME - FOR INSISTING THEY KNEW MY EXPERIENCE BETTER THAN I DID. I reported it to my insurance and may take it further. At a certain point - when I have proof I was awake - when does charging someone for incorrect information become fraud?"

"Don't use them. I went to the office for regular check up they charged $710 to insurance and I received $400 collect notice. When I call the office they telling me they sent statements. Which I never received just received this collection letter.They are playing fraud. Be careful"
