"I had the worst experience. They called my last name, went in, and told me to wear the gown. I asked the assistant, Are you sure you got the right patient? She said yes, I wore the gown, and she bought the ekg machine. I told her I never had this previously, but she told me now you have too. Then she checked the computer and came to know I was the wrong patient. She said sorry and told me to wait. Then another lady came from no where and told me I had to take a flu shot, which I already did last week. They told me to wait outside. I wasted more than an hour here doing nothing. Finally, they told me I was the patient they were looking for, and they directed me to the right doctor. This is absolutely crazy. They take our money, do this nonsense, and waste my precious time with such an unprofessional staff.My visit was on 01/18/24 1:15pm"

"I've been coming here for a very long time. The doctors are awesome. The nurses are awesome. Even the medical assistants and the medical transcribers are awesome. Unfortunately, there is one receptionist, Lynn, who is very rude, self-centered, and distressing. If they can replace her with someone nicer, then this office will have a better chance of getting five stars."

"The wait times at this office are unacceptable. I have been going for this office for a few years but will now be searching for a new doctor. You are asked to come in 15 mins early but at minimum you will wait 1.5 hours in the waiting room. You will be called into the exam room just to wait even more. The office staff will never tell you the physician is behind and the wait will be longer than expected. It’s ridiculous and disrespectful they just let you sit there forever."

"I've been a patient of here for a few years now. The office is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. It can get busy, but the doctors and staff always takes the time to address my needs. I'm very happy with the care I receive here. Plentiful parking is always a plus."

"I love Dr. Fitzmaurice; she through, kind, and listens carefully. She has been been my primary physician for almost 20 years. She was able to discover something that saved my life and I will forever be grateful. I don't give her 5 stars because I have waited up to 1 hour to see her and it is hard to make an appointment for a physical (it takes almost 8 months). The office staff is nice when I am there, but calling the office is not good. No one answers or I have been put on hold for more than 20+ minutes and been disconnected. Answering services is good when I have needed it and I have gotten a call back from on-call doctor for urgent matters."
