"I rarely write reviews but I felt it was important that I leave this for whoever is in charge. I came in with my mother and was told her appt was cancelled. No apologies or anything. Kathy and Ravina were both extremely unprofessional and rude. At one point I had to ask them to please be kind. I had to ask them to please be understanding as my father just passed away and my mom is under a lot of stress. They sat behind the desk talking about us like we weren’t even there. These people don’t care about our health or even treat you with basic human decency. My parents have been patients of this practice for over 20 years and this is not the first time we have been treated poorly. Shame on you. I know neither of you care but if you don’t want to treat people with respect or treat foreigners like they don’t understand English please find another job. I’m glad I came with my mom today. I can’t imagine how many other times you treated her like dirt because you thought she didn’t understand you."

"This rating is for the lab on 3rd floor room 300. If I can give something lower it would be -5star. They are the most unprofessional and slowest when it comes to servicing customers. They move as if there is no one sitting in the waiting area. It's unacceptable to wait over and hour to get blood drawn. I sat here and watch them have more down time than taking blood. I have never ever n my life seen anything like this. Where is the office manager. Forget about calling patients in They call from the room so how can anyone hear just so unprofessional all across the board. They need to run this better organization skills is needed desperately or just have another lab assist."

"DON'T recommend coming here to see a new PCP. I booked with Dr. Haq since my Dr is booked until the end of the year. My appt was for 3:30. At 4pm I asked the status, and was told I'd be seen shortly. I checked again at 4:20 and the receptionist said she would check with the doctor. They said it would be another 30 minutes. i'm sorry but who has time to wait for an hour and half to see a doctor? I understand there are other patients who are not well, but schedule your appointments accordingly. I also have a job and I am extremely sick. I made this appointment with someone else because I could not wait until January. I don't want something to happen to me, esp the state of the world we are living in. Another issue I had was the receptionist did not even care to communicate with me what the status was until I asked. She suggested I stay until 5pm when extended hours start but she knew i was on the clock. So that would not have worked. I asked if someone else could see me as it was a very quick appointment but she said no. Did not even ask. I walked out and will not go back to see Dr. Haq or anyone except my PCP. Another issue I had was with everything going on in the world, how do you know something is not severely wrong with the patient and have them waiting for so long? Ridiculous. DO NOT recommend."

"In the midst of such chaos the staff in Suite 210 really made me feel at ease. Porscha at the front desk was so patient and nice. I was super nervous to take the COVID test but she answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. The physician and nurse was great as well. The service was speedy, I was in and out. Definitely A+ service."
