"I’ve had some negative experiences here- The receptionists were really rude and the service they provided was close to none/bare minimum. They had an attitude over the phone and in-person. Fyi- even with an appointment, expect the wait time to be really long."

"I’ve been attending this clinic since I was 12 years old. I’ve been going to them for 16 years as my primary care since before they moved to this new location. The doctors there do the bare minimum. If you are young and not Korean, their preventative medicine is the worst. They don’t check for anything or practice any preventative medicine procedures unless u ask them to!!! In my understanding, when you go to your PCP, you should be able to get at least the routine check up which is checking the ears, nose, and throat. I literally had to ask them to check my ears and throat just in case, because there have only been a handful of times that I can recall, of them ever doing any sort of examination. THIS OFFICE ONLY CARES ABOUT SUBMITTING INSURANCE CLAIMS FOR THEIR OFFICE VISITS TO MAKE MONEY!!!!!! They DO NOT care about their patients or their health and well being. Furthermore, the staff, is very unprofessional and unfriendly. I was directed by the doctor to ask the nurse on staff for more information regarding going to seeing a specialist after my appointment was over. She was very rude and told me to google the names of the specialists myself. I politely asked her if she can help me, because I didn’t want to go home, google it myself and get the wrong information. She had a very nasty attitude and when she finally gave me the info I needed, she told me to make sure the info was correct….isn’t that her job to make sure that the info is correct?? Otherwise having her get the info for me is completely pointless… This nurse (Susie) was not helpful at all and very condescending when talking to me (a patient) Overall, if you care about ur health and your family’s health, avoid this place and you should be good. Only helpful person in the entire clinic was the female doctor, Dr. Lee"
