"If you're going to keep people waiting for 2+ hours, let them know what to expect. I'm sure it's not pleasant to constantly deal with frustrated patients, but in my experience, it always helps to set expectations, acknowledge people when they are frustrated, and just apologize even if you feel it's not your fault. You're not the only people who deal with frustrated clients. Acting dismissive does none of us any good. After all, it's not your patients who are overbooking or mismanaging the calendar. I respect your time by arriving when we agreed to - I did not feel like my time was respected in turn. Clearly there is an ongoing calendaring problem here, and people need to be aware of that."

"Do yourself a favor and find another OBGYN. I tried to make an appointment over the phone, they told me they will call me back and see. Called me back to let me know they can book me and took down my insurance, name and phone number, and I set an appointment for the next week. I thought it was strange that no one reached out the day before to confirm the appointment. I went into the office at 4pm on a weekday ( the time of the appointment) and told them I’m checking in. They told me they have never heard of my name before and also new patients never get booked at 4pm. After showing them my call log on my phone of their number as an incoming call to make the appointment they believed me. I was able to meet with Dr. Bavyya at 5pm. She’s rude and clearly doesn’t care about me nor my feelings. Will never come back. They probably forgot to book my next appointment in the system anyway."

"Dr.Biya NEEDS TO BE FIRED ! THE ABSOLUTE WORST ! I will NEVER go to another GYN in this facility because of my experience with her. I’ve been to her three times, thinking it will get better but it never did! 3 out of 3 times I’ve gone in for a checkup with her, & she enters the room on the phone. Then when I told her about her always being on the phone, she then tells me that her calls are more important than what I have going on ( as a patient I’m suppose to feel welcomed in which I did not ). Long story short, she never informed me on a diagnosis that she says I had for 5 months but was never contacted for a check up nor a follow up. Very unprofessional. She needs to find a better field for her short term memory."

"Never been to such a unprofessional, unsorganized medical facility in my life. If you have medicaid or insurance or are out of pocket, save yourself from the pure incompetence and take yourself somewhere, anywhere else. My visit was for basic check up. First sign of trouble was when they were going to do blood work and they start asking me about my operation... uuuuhh what?? I'm here for a simple check up! So they go and double check the file.. smh. Next I met with the Nurse practitioner C. Stephenson. She was good. No issues there. Rescheduled to come back and see the Cardiologist for the following week. Set my appt with the guy at the desk. Call them the day off that I was going to be 5 mins late. He tells me "there is no appointment for you today". this has to be a joke. This is the same guy whom wrote out the date of appointment on a card the Week Before!!! I go back forth with him about this, now he says oh it's next month. Wholly Fk this is ridiculous. His response was pretty much no response, didn't even try to resolve it. I asked for the supervisor.. I'm telling her that whole story, she says sorry i don't have you here then she says ok give me a second , ok just come in. It's fine. I show up. I see the same guy working the desk. He tells me take a seat. I wait amd wait and wait and wait and wait... after everyone else including walk in patients came and went.. I get up and ask him whats the deal?? It's been an hour. he now comes out with some paper work. " just fill these out and they'll see you right after". I Turn in the form and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait. I came in at 1147am. 2pm and still didn't see the doctor. Everyone else had came and went and it wasn't untill I went to the desk and and asked what the deal was then got on the phone with my insurance, then all of a sudden Oh we're ready for you. I'm good. The front desk guy and anyone else whom was handling my appointment need to wake up. Do better or have them replaced. Never going back here . Tried to keep it in my community, but it's not worth my health and possible livelihood. telling everyone to go elsewhere."

"This place is disgusting. Dr. Rivas, the endocrinologist refused to treat me because her dishonest employees told her that I arrived late for an appointment when I was early and they refused me at the front desk. Dr. Rivas did not have the respect to come out and speak with me. Jasmine, her assistant turned me away and the front desk worker and manager supported her decision. They further lied to my insurance company and reported that they offered me to go walk around and shop while I waited and I said no. I am embarrassed for them at their level of bafoonery and I'm shocked that grown women do not know how to handle themselves professionally. I was a sick patient seeking care and rather than let me see the doctor, they refused me. Clearly on a Friday afternoon I can't expect quality service. They are a bunch of lying manipulating sorry excuses for medical care workers. I do not recommend anyone go to this horrible facility."
