"Extremely poor service. NOT recommended at ALL. Book your appointment for 2pm and expect to be seen by this Dr. By 7:00pm. I waited once, 4 hours and 45 minutes to be seen by her back in 2021 but I credited the waiting fact due to limited service due to Covid 19. I went back another day during that year and waited like 5 hours again. I SKIPPED my yearly check up in 2022 bc the thought of being waiting there for this long. So thinking that things have improved. Now in 2023, I booked an appointment recently, I went back the to the fact that NOTHING has changed. Aftert 2 hours of waiting I finally had enough. I am changing providers right now. WHOEVER has the time to wait close to 5 hours to be check up..knock yourself out! Time is money and ain't making money sitting in that office for close 5 hours. This was my last straw . ENOUGH with the none sense. Try it and see what I am saying is not false! Good luck!"

"Zeros stars if I could… your appointment is @10:30am to discuss your blood work but don’t get seen till 12:46pm. Expect to spend your day here and don’t plan anything afterwards because who knows what time you will be out. Doctor needs to hire another doctor because this is ridiculous. (Side note: before she can even reply with “you are not a patient here”, I came with my boyfriend who is a patient and he complained about the same thing and will be changing his PCP after 2 visits of horrible service.)"

"Dr. Khanukayeva is one of the few amazing health care professionals out there. She is very attentive to you & will always answer every single one of your questions before you leave her office. She takes her time with each patient & maybe there’s why some wait time because she wants to make sure you are well taken care of. My family & i come to her because of her great service. The receptionist is a sweet woman who always reassures me she will get the message through the doctor & she does every time so please do not listen to the fake reviews below."

"While I like Dr Rena, the receptionist at the Dumont Avenue location is horrible. A beautiful young lady who does not care to do her job and her couldn’t careless attitude is further proof of that. If you do not like your job spare the patients the distress of having to deal with you and find another job where you can be happy. Certainly Dr. Rena deserves better."
