"I previously posted review for this business. I received a call back from the office manager in regards to my review and he wanted to make things right. I deleted my review and decided to give this place another chance. However, as the office manager promised me that my prescription will be available at the pharmacy. I go after 4 days to pick up and my pharmacy is telling me that no one sent the prescription over. I called today to speak with the office manager and i was told that he doesn't get in until 11am. I called 11:30 a rude female picked up and told me that he still didn't come in yet. I see how this place is running and how serious they are about their patients. I am not giving business to place where patients or customers are NOT appreciated and they feel bothered when they get phone call. To be honest this facility was really good and i was really impressed which is why i got my wife, my sister and my brother in law in here as patient. Now it seems like a total mess. I could have been in a serious condition and i wont have a medicine because someone didnt do their job right. I will report this to DOH."

"Dr. Almendral entered my life at the perfect time. As a new mom again, I felt overwhelmed and I started to allow my appearance to disintegrate. I no longer put myself first.
