"Extremely inconsiderate with paper work. Dr. Lyo is a sweet woman and good doctor, but I have been trying to get a hold of my physical from December for over 3WEEKS. I need this physical for a job Im trying to get as a patient care aide. Without this physical I can't work and I cant pay bills, I've been explaining this to the receptionist for over 3 weeks and the only answer I get is "we'll call you back". Its extremely inconsiderate, unprofessional, and its causing huge strain on my personal life. Covid-19 times have been tough enough, I don't need to be held back from getting a job by this office."
