"This place is terrible. I just spoke with Cliff who refused to let me speak with the store owner. They installed vinyl flooring in my bathroom, damaging my drywall and chipping my toilet during the tear off. They refused to return my calls and are now refusing to assist me in the damage they caused. I was charged by both Custom Carpets and the subcontractor separately for $1,450 just for the tear off and install on a tiny bathroom. Cliff called me back in an angry, accusatory tone insisting that I signed for the work so they are not responsible for any damage. I have the photos. It’s a mess!!"
