"We went into Bassett and found an amazing selection of options to furnish our living room. Our salesperson was knowledgeable and kind. The product came in great condition and we’ve had years of enjoyment with it. We ran into an issue with a protection plan and called Bassett. Megan, the GM, was amazing and is taking care of me. I’m in customer service and have been my whole life and this is how I would treat my customers. Thank you for doing an amazing job!"

"consumer beware. if you purchase a floor model or clearance sale item the sales staff will not tell you there is no warranty. When you call for service then they will tell you there is no warranty or service on the item and you signed the contract. The pieces there are very expensive so watch your money. Had we known we would have never spent thousands of dollars there. A simple adjustment could have solved the problem, instead a consumer that planned on furnishing their whole house will now shop else ware. Goodbye for ever Bassett."

"My fiancé and I have never purchased a couch before and we searched many different furniture stores before buying. We had a specific size limitation based on our home and we couldn't find anything in the area that would fit this specification. We finally went to Bassett and we had the best experience. We visited the store multiple times and Megan was amazing to work with. She was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to finding the perfect couch for us and our home. She was able to find a couch that fit the size we needed while also matching the vision I had in my mind design wise. We picked out the most perfect fabric all thanks to Megan and the delivery / set up service was great. "Overpriced junk!! I purchased a custom sofa and two recliners, paid over $8000. I thought I was purchasing quality furniture, but I did not. My furniture is less than a year old and looks as if it were 10 years old or older. I have strings hanging from my recliners, and the fabric is pilling so bad that I have to constantly use my lint remover as recommended by the service technician, to remove the pilling. My sofa has a stain due to a spill on the cushion and was cleaned up immediately per the manufacturer instructions. The furniture was supposed to be treated to protect the fabric from staining so easily. I called customer service many times regarding many issues and my overall disappointment with my furniture but they never fully fix the issues. Instead of replacing the sofa cushion cover, they want to charge me more money to replace. I think for the money I paid for it should be covered and replaced free of charge, but instead I will have to spend more money out of my pocket. This was my first and my last purchase from Bassett furniture!"
