"I purchased a sofa, loveseat, reclining in four places, a lighter fabric was told to purchase the extended warranty and a cover spills, and any damages,no problems no questions asked. The salesperson stated if they can’t take care of it they’ll just replace it for you. I said oh that’s great. I purchased it that was in July. I noticed some spots on the fabric so I called and said I would like to have the spots taken care of they told me. To send photos then they replied, after reviewing the photos that they don’t do deep cleaning, they suggested I call someone else I said I paid for the warranty. I will absolutely not call someone else I’m expecting to have my Furniture service. They said well if we come out there and we have to replace it. It will void your warranty so it only makes sense for you to have someone else come out and clean the Furniture. since you just purchased this furniture in July.I said no have someone come out they said OK in two weeks which takes us to February 6 well they called today on February 2 and said that there technician had an emergency and will not be available until February 12. I said well can you send me a text message with that information they said no, they’ll be out between 8 AM and 12 noon and will contact you two days before.I have been a loyal customer of Raymor and Flanigan for decades. I will not be doing business with them in the future they speak to the customers with a level of unprofessionalism and disregard for your concerns. They have your money and they don’t care."

"They almost ordered the wrong product but I noticed the sku was wrong and they said they corrected it but unfortunately they somehow messed that up. Still shipped the wrong product. The 6-7 day wait for my item now has to start all over again and I have to return the wrong item which is quite large so I am sure that will be fun. No discount for the inconvenience or anything for that matter. I do not recommend working with them. The unwarranted confidence in people who have no idea what they are doing is laughable."

"Your staff is TERRIBLE at Niagara falls place are so bad for any customers service. I enter store walk around to the bedroom furniture aleast 20 minutes. No one even showed up to help. I walked out to the living room area no one still didn't notice me. I call to the store and still no one came out another 5 minutes. A woman finally came out walk by twice ,looked right at me not even a hi.she walk around the bedroom area said hello to air .I answered her and still she pretended not to notice me .finally she look at me sitting there and was like oh hi I didn't see you. I can't believe there was no other customers in the place now I know why. Crappie place to look for bedroom furniture and mattresses. You lose!!!"

"Our furniture delivery is scheduled for Saturday so we haven't recieved it yet , but the sales staff who assisted me on the phone and the staff in the payments department were very professional and helpful."
