"Very friendly staff and Top Notch Deli with authentic Venezuelan food , this place is one of a kind with a Brooklyn twist !! Love the breakfast here !!"
"During yesterday's heavy rain storm at 6am in the morning. I was making breakfast for my kids before they went to school. I realized I ran out of bread. I went down to the deli hoping they would have some I could buy. They had none available. However, they still had rolls for making sandwiches. I asked if I could purchase two plain rolls. Only to be told no they are only for sandwiches. And I can only get it if I'm buying a sandwiche. I asked why is that I'm paying for it how does that matter. I'm just need two plain rolls to finish making my kids meal. The guy in the front said that the cook said no he can't sell me two plain roll. Only if I buys a sandwich. So I asked the guy behind the counter if I was to ask for a butter roll would he have been fine selling it to me? Which he responded yes! To which I asked him what is the difference between me buying a plain roll and buying a butter roll I'm not asking for you to give it to me for free. Anyway I ended up going to a different deli under that heavy pouring rain to find some bread to take care of my kids breakfast. This was such a horrible experience that I needed to speak up about it. Please try to do better in the future. Remember you are a part of this community and we would like you to treat us with respect, dignity and curiosity. Just as we should do to you as well."
