"I used to use CVS in the past, after being rudely spoken to several times, and this has happened at 2 different CVS stores by pharmacy staff, one time having to do with needing to speak to the pharmacist about a reaction to a medication I switched to Rite Aid. I have not once been treated with anything but respect. They are nice and always willing to answer any questions. When I was prescribed a new medication the pharmacist even called me to prepare me for the total amount that my insurance wouldn't cover so I was prepared. He was so kind about it too. The store is always clean and well lit. I really hope unlike other Rite Aids that this one does not get closed it would be a huge loss."

"Cashiers are not very knowledgeable. They do not know how to play or cash in a lottery ticket. The pharmacy personnel get nasty when you have a coupon for your medication. They hate to have to cancel and reprocess your meds when you have a coupon."

"This place would get no stars if allowed. I called to inquire about my child's script several time. The first time I called some woman in the pharmacy was so rude and in a rush. The second time I called this woman was nice. Anytime after that they either never answered the phone or picked up, put me on hold and then purposely hung up the phone. I will be looking for another Rite Aid for sure. This one is TERRIBLE!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!"

"I have been shopping here for a very long time. The workers in the pharmacy are knowledgeable of the customers and the Pharamcist is helpful with any questions you may have about your medication and they greet you by name. They are courteous and kind. The store is kept clean and the other cashiers are very friendly. Pleasant atmosphere and the prices are affordable."

"Today’s date is May 5, 2021.I just relocated to Long Island from out of state. My cat is thirteen years old and experiencing health issues. Because we aren’t yet settled in with a local vet , his vet in our home state called in two prescriptions for him to this pharmacy. This was done on April 24. The pharmacy tech that took this call never bothered to fill his prescriptions. On May 3 my vet’s office again called Rite-Aid on 1200 Deer Park Ave. with the medication orders. The tech she spoke with was very rude. She had the audacity to ask why she was calling NY with an out of state prescription. She never filled his meds either. I called again this morning and she told me she would get his medicine ready. It is 3:30 pm. The prescriptions are still not ready. My cat’s health is important to me. These two have put his health at risk. I will never use this pharmacy again. Both techs are in incompetent and one is nothing short of disrespectful. I have the names of both techs and all calls are documented with my vet’s office. This is going to corporate. 0 stars"
