"I commend the pharmacy workers at this location. I had an issue with my insurance coverage, which led me to have to pay for immediately necessary medication out of pocket. They were able to reduce the total out of pocket cost by over 50% in my time of need. They did not have to do this, and I sincerely thank you."

"The pharmacy tends to be pretty busy but the employees do their very best to accommodate. A for effort, but they certainly need to hire more people, which seems to be true for all pharmacies in my area within a few town radius for the past year plus! Please don't blame the employees, blame the poorly run corporate aspect and under staffing."

"Pharmacy staff they have are trash. Two little girls they hired do not do anything besides talk & laugh when a customer comes in for help their manager had to yell at them to help. Instead a gentleman came who did not want to do anything either & said there were no prescriptions . Called another CVS & they confirmed it was at this pharmacy along with the doctor office. Super lazy & unprofessional"

"Not sure why this CVS has such horrible review. Decided to not go to this one at first when I moved to the area because of the reviews and went to the one on little east neck in west Babylon (an absolute nightmare do not go there unless you want to wait 30 minutes for your prescriptions no matter the time of day). This CVS has my prescriptions ready within 30 minutes after I call… there’s almost never a line and if there is it moves fast and the employees are incredibly friendly."

"CVS does not care about you or respect your time. The pharmacy is consistently understaffed and overworked. Long lines, drs put in an rx in the morning, and it's not even ready in the evening. Made an appointment online for a vaccine, and was told it would be over an hour at my scheduled time. Unacceptable. I took my rx's to alto a year ago, and ill need to find somewhere else to get my vaccines."
