"I was witness to this yesterday.! A older woman was perching a coffee using her own coffee travel mug. And she had taken a small cup with milk. The girl who was working there told this old woman that she had to pay for the small cup of milk! The older woman, was shocked, because she NEVER HAD BEEN TOLD THAT AT ANY OTHER 7 11 's.. But the most Despicable part of his was the MANAGER FROM Across THE Store YELLED AT the poor old woman.. " YOUR Stealing, I SHOULD CALL THE POLICE!"... ALL THIS FOR A Curacy CUP OF MILK!! THE WOMAN HAD PURCHASED A HUGE CUP COFFEE THAT SHE PROVIDED HERSELF!! I WILL NEVER GO INTO THAT STORE AGAIN!! The SUNRISE HIGHWAY & BELLMORE AVE STORE. IN BELLMORE.."

"I spent so much time saving up points on my 7Rewards app and I was trying to redeem 1000 points for a medium size slushy today and I had trouble with knowing how to redeem the reward and so I asked the cashier to help and all he did was stand there and smile while saying, “ It’s your app, you figure it out.” I was completely outraged and shocked because I have never experienced such poor customer service. All I asked for was a bit of assistance to help me redeem my reward and the employee couldn’t even do that. THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE CAPS FOR THE SMALL SIZED SLUSHIES AND WE HAD TO GET THE SLUSHY WITHOUT A CAP. Horrible experience, and I will never come here again. If I could, I would rate this place a -1. Very disappointed."
