"Very large local hardware store. Big parking lot. Store is fairly well merchandised but due to its size it seems kind of empty when you walk through it. One cashier, which was sufficient. A few employees on the floor to help find items. Large displays and case-cuts throughout. Very clean, well lighted space."
"They pay minimum wage, and give Random Urinary Analysis (To Cashiers) for off clock THC usage (Laughable while they're hiring 18-20 year old kids...) Especially if it's just a random UA.
