"Worse experience. I've had a bad rash breakout and was prescribed medication yesterday. They told me wait 30 minutes, only to tell me 30 minutes later that they didn't have the medication and to come back tomorrow. I'm currently in rite aid waiting a day later, skin hurting, they told me wait 15 minutes because it isn't ready (since yesterday morning). It is now 3:05pm. I've been waiting since 2:30 and I'm still waiting. Also adding my medication was ready , up until I showed a coupon. Then the lady took it back and told me I had to wait more. I ended up paying full price"

"50 minute wait so far today.... Last time: Line of over 10 people for pharmacy. Looks run-down and plastic guards too many products. Huge waste of time - I'm leaving. Update: holiday hours are disappointing. Day after Thanksgiving, closed in the mid-day. This isn't a service to the community, given the size and potential resources of this location. Thanks for the response, but corporate PR and social media responses do not address an understaffed, poorly functioning location. It shouldn't be a surprising find or something that wasn't already apparent."

"Out of all the rite aid i have been to this one is the best, They have an amazing response from all the staff there. Employees welcome you at the door, makes me feel welcome. Lastly we need stores like rite aid in this community which provides so much when it comes to over the counter medicine and many other things that cannot be found around the area."

The staff is super friendly, and is willing to go out of their way to assist you no matter what. "This particular Rite aid tends to be unorganized, understaffed and dirty. Most of their staff isn't particularly helpful or friendly. Its a decent place to shop if you're someone who knows where to find the items you need, whats on sale and are able to use the self check out machines. If you're someone who needs help, is short on time or has questions I highly suggest you try another location or prepare for a stressful/disappointing shopping experience. Sales Associates often don't know much about their store items, policies or sales."
