"This is a really nice location. I stopped in today around 2pm in search for some Gap joggers and other active wear. The staff was helpful and attentive. 4/5 stars because the choice of clothing is a bit "iffy" with sizing and availability of particular items of interest. However, I often frequent other locations as well as the factory store locations throughout the city. So first I stopped at the 125th factory shop which told me to try 86st for the items I wanted. I told them I was going to be in the 42nd St area today and they suggested I check them out for the joggers in the men's section. However, the staff at the uptown location did let me know “even though the joggers were out of stock that they can order them for me online and just have them shipped directly to me.” That was so helpful and kind! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would definitely recommend this location for items such as: denim, hoodies, and office/business casual work clothing. They have a large selection of denim here. I loved the display of digital visuals throughout the store and outside on the side of the store which had an icon that we love: Stephen "Twitch" Boss! As well as other great representation in honor of "Black History Month" being displayed throughout the inside of the store; and yes! I can not leave out the gorgeous models. It's in the heart of Times Square so a diverse staff was expected and they were helpful and very nice."
