"I went in today to buy some clothes for my 3yr old daughter. I asked if my daughter can use the bathroom because she couldn't wait longer. I was told no; so I left to find a bathroom. After a few mins of asking in other stores and unable to, I had no choice but to help my daughter literally pee outside at 5:30 pm. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted w Carter's and how they treat people. You go into this store to spend money and the least they can do is provide better service to your child. My daugter was walking around w wet pants. I returned to the store to complain and the assistant manager told me they couldn't help me because the bathroom isnt sanitized and they couldnt help me because of a global pandemic and if I had a problem to call corporate office. WILL NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN!"
