"This is primarily for the pharmacy, not the store itself (I’ve actually had very pleasant and positive customer service experiences in the store). One of the pharmacists here, Irena, is a miserable human being and I think her misery infects the other pharmacy staff. Not only has this pharmacist been rude and unhelpful specifically toward me, but both my husband and I have separately witnessed her unleash her affliction onto completely innocent customers (for example, an elderly woman waiting to receive a vaccine who misunderstanding instructions to verbally make herself known at the desk, as she had simply checked in online). Irena, as a fellow healthcare provider who deeply understands how disheartening working in this system is, I implore you to consider NOT taking out your issues on your customers. We come to you often because we are sick or need help with our health. Try some compassion, or just quit your job."
"The workers here are quite nice and they work in earnest ( that is, at least, my experience), but the owner/corporate filth who run the place keep it perpetually short of staff. They will tell you that no one wants to work. They are liars. The best thing that you can say about this hole is that the cesspool called Walgreens/Duane Reade is worse. Go to an independent pharmacy."
"I went to this location for an urgent prescription that they failed to deliver the night prior despite the app saying it would be delivered by 8pm. The pharmacy opened 30 minutes the posted hours with no apology. While waiting I asked the front clerk why the pharmacy was not open yet and he sarcastically said “because the pharmacist isn’t here yet.” Once she finally showed up she insisted I hadn’t paid despite my receipt. Overall an unbelievable display of incompetence and indifference."
"This CVS is amazing. It’s clean, well stocked and moves lines quickly. I go to CVS mainly for prescription, and photos needs. Orders are always on time and the process is seamless. The staff is friendly, and helpful. Especially the pharmacy staff - huge shoutout to them! they manage all needs in a timely and professional manner!"
"This is truly the worst CVS Pharmacy. Please, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. There are two brothers who are great, efficient, and can get a million things done in the major rush of the afternoon, but outside of these two, the staff is horrendous. JUST GO ELSEWHERE. The pharmacy staff doesn't answer the phone (although, paradoxically, they will tell you to call another CVS pharmacy to work something out, but they certainly won't answer their own phone). Many of the staff are rude, even mean, almost senselessly so. I went one morning and was the only customer and was stunned that two different staff members were downright rude about filling my prescription. It will also take forever. Truly, if you can avoid it, FIND ANOTHER PHARMACY or figure out how to do mail order. When you wait for an hour to have nothing filled, call and can never get through (since they actually don't answer the phone), and regret ever trying to fill a prescription here, you'll know why. Consider yourself warned."
