"The customer service at the cashier is horrible. The agent say a word during the entire transaction, didn't ask if o wanted to use my cvs card nor did he even attempt to give me a bag even though i purchased personal feminine products. He was more interested in chat with his coworker. I have never been on a cvs and felt so unwelcome."
"Thank you to Ricky who found my product and answered my question of a comparison price with another store and was a great help checking out with Brianna at the cash register. My visit to CVS went so smoothly due to the sales representatives. Thank you CVS!"
"Horrible lines on Saturday. Never been to this store, but not only myself but a bunch of people I am seeing during my wait are experiencing the same sort of problems with computer and insurance records being messed up. I’ve never had problems with my CVS store in New Jersey but this place is awful."
"Their staff person had me in tears--no need to humiliate a care taker for a sick person and make me wait for an hour. No one should be treated the way I did. I needed to pick up post-op medication for my partner. The insurance was new, so the temporary card had no pharmacy information. When I was instructed to go see a person at "consultation," a female-presenting long bleach long straight highlighted hair with a nose ring abrasively told me that she was putting the medications on hold because she needed the "number" and told me to step off aside. When finally got the information, she them wrote down what she needed from me and said, "pharmacy will close in 12 minutes" with strange smile. In the meantime, another customer was told something similar and seemed very upset by whatever this pharmacy worker told her. She never offered me the option to pay out of pocket for this problem although it should have costed less than $20. She said, "I never dispense pain meds without insurance authorization." Does it mean that uninsured people cannot have pain medication after a hip replacement surgery??? I cannot forget the eerie smile on the worker's face as if she enjoy seeing people getting upset--it appeared pathological. She should not be taking care of a customer at all. Her presence was harmful. To make a long story short, my partner went home without pain medications and other needed medications with the almost 4 hour car ride home. Nevertheless, one person (Tierra) and her colleague helped me get the medications that were available and offered me the options to pay out of pocket. Their care and kindness was exceptional. I saw Tierra talking to a pharmacist for me and did everything she could. I would give Tierra a 100 stars!"
