"I was surprised that to get antibiotics, the pharmacy needed more than 20 minutes. Basically they closed 6:30?! There was no other customers. They just don’t do anything from 6:30 to 7:00pm. Also they mislead to the faraway location while Linwood plaza location was open and helped out."

"Please fix the Automated Call Menu (ACM) system, which doesn't recognize the phone key sound after the very initial question. The staff seems to knowledgeable, but their ACM is a fly in the ointment, I guess."
