"Very UNPROFESSIONAL, poorly trained, and unethical staff. Cashier was swearing out loud with his manager in front of a child. I warned him to be careful with his language when children are around. However, the cashier didnt seem to care much about it as he said sorry in a very dismissive manner and the manager didnt really seem to care too much about it."
"I was having trouble finding my favorite seltizers but the lovely manger, Nicole.S, helped me find my way to the seltizers! She was amazing help, very informative and super nice. It’s amazing to see such an amazing manager in our community"
"I attempted to walk into CVS at 10:35PM on a Friday. The employee turned us away stating the store was closed. A small group of teenagers walked in 2 minutes ahead of me. Its not like theyre a restaurant that needs to do clean up. Ive never had a CVS turn me away almost 30 mins before closing."
"I had to buy a baby medicine and was asking couple of questions to pharmacy whose name was Annie. When I wanted to pay she was already giving me attitude because I’m not picking up medicines there but pay. She charged me wrong price from the tag so I asked her she charged me more, then she was more upset and yelling at me that I need to talk to the front registrar. It was not busy at all(i was the only one who was paying). Normally when I bought medicines they let me paid there."
