"Several months ago I witnessed a woman having a meltdown over this pharmacies inability to fill a crucial prescription for her son, despite the fact that the mediction was on "auto-refill" and she had received a message stating the prescription was ready for pick up. I laughed off the incident and thought it was an overreaction to the situation. Fast forward two weeks ago, the same thing happened to me. I could not get an agent on the phone and was forced to drive there to try to rectify this issue. I was met by a dismissive and unprofessional staff lead by the Pharmacist (Rich) who had zero personality and could not even look at me as I spoke to him. Fortunately, I found a near by pharmacy that had the medication I needed and transferred my prescription there. I expected better from Wallgreens, however, it is evident that THEY JUST DO NOT CARE about their customers. Take your business elsewhere as I have."

"I always have a good experience there as the employees are nice. One female employee was very patient with me doing a reconciliation when I thought she didn’t count the number of items correctly."

"So sad……no stars……Richard the manager of the pharmacy should find a new occupation ……This poor guy can’t manage a 7/11 let alone a pharmacy……His behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional and is clueless when it comes to customer service. Transferred all my medication to a more upscale pharmacy. Some people need to grow up and take responsibility . But poor Richard will never be enlighten . Time to grow up dude ."

"Scheduled my flu and Covid vaccines online, got there a few mins before the pharmacy opened, and waited about 20 mins for paperwork and prep before they administered the shots. Staff were professional and nice, and I was in and out in a half an hour."
