"Two bad experiences here with the worker “Krystal” who I believe is the manager. The first was when I had ordered same day photo prints. I went there to pick up, they weren’t printed despite it being 6 hours after I’d placed the same day order. She told me “the photo specialist “ won’t be back for a week. And proceeded to delete my order despite it being obvious she could have just hit print. Then a week or so later I was here trying to buy a heart balloon for my 2 year old, (there were literally 20 of them all over the store). Same rude manager Krystal told me no, it’s display only. She wouldn’t sell a two year old a balloon when they were literally all over the store."
"Good luck getting what you need here. With everything pharmacy related downstairs behind locked windows and with serious understaffing, including zero staff on the floor downstairs, only come here if you are into pressing buttons to request customer service, waiting in vain then giving up and leaving empty-handed."
"Fine as a pharmacy and general store but BEWARE of sending photos there for printing. They add unsightly black lines about 1/4 inch to the top and bottom of all photos. Not done in other Duane Reades."
"Only 1% Walgreens/Duane Reade staff nationwide knew how to use the app. I’ve been using this pharmacy/store for so long and since they introduced th3 app online, upon payment over the counter, staff was puzzled how to use the bar code in my mobile phone. Please kindly educate them. Thanks!"
"This storage is large with a wide selection spread over two floors. The cashiers weren't sure where all of their items could be found, which send me on a bit of a wild goose chase."
