"Very disgusting customer service from cashier staff. The men who put out produce in the aisle are very helpful. Once you get to the register, kiss your pleasant experience goodbye. They get frustrated when you ask them questions concerning aisle signage. They should clean house and get more friendly staff OR retrain. It’s 2023, nobody is willing to spend their money where customer service is absent."

"Do not buy the egg specials! Not only they were cracked,half of them, but the cracks were hidden by being placed upside down. So even you check the top, you will not find any issues. This is shocking!!!"

"Overall the store isn’t bad but I have to call those out. Bought a sandwich from over the counter Deli and it was expired for almost 20 days. The sandwich is clearly molding and amazing was for sale. I’m never buying any sandwich again from this place. It’s a shame."

"The reason for the four stars is because some of their meat does not look fresh. On the other hand, the Halal meats look good. They do not provide hand sanitizer when entering or exiting the store. The quality of the produce is fair. I love that Ideals have fresh garlic with the stems still attached. They also carry Lysol disinfecting spray, Lysol wipes, and Clorox wipes, which have been hard to find. They do not offer self check out. The store does have dividers between customers and cashiers, but there's no divider behind the cashiers to separate the customer and the other cashier. I think it defeats the purpose of having divisions in the first place."
