"cleanest CVS ive ever been to! and the staff (particularly Imane and the manager) were so kind and helpful. this is definitely the most positive experience ive had at a CVS. the staff seemed happy to be there too."
"I went to pick up a prescription today at the pharmacy and the pharmacist at the consultation area was very rude to me, she was lacking compassion as well as customer service. I will never have a prescription sent over from NYU to this pharmacy ever again."
"I love this cvs it’s always a trustworthy place to get anything late at night and I’ve been going to this location for years and the staff are always friendly and helpful when it comes to scanning my items. I don’t understand where the hate towards the employees are coming from but trust me they are people they are fine they won’t bite you. Always a great spot to run in and get flu medicine or pick up your prescriptions"
"Fatya was extremely rude and condescending. She does not know how to talk to customers & explain CVS policies. If coupons sent to the card (as indicated in the CVS app) do not appear in the CVS screen, that is a CVS system error/glitch & the price needs to be manually modified. Thank you to the Ops Manager for fixing. Incompetent and lacking manners, Fatya, please pick a struggle."
"The experience at the Pharmacy pickup section was so poor it's almost laughable. After waiting roughly 40 minutes in a line that had two people in it, my order was "canceled" and had to be done over because they were "at capacity with orders". Keep in mind, I was never notified of this cancellation, rather I was notified that I had until July 28th (a week from now) to pick up my order. I was informed by what I assume is the Manager / head of the pharmacy that the policy is to hold items after 6 days due to capacity, so why inform customers that they have more time to pick up their order when this is untrue? Also I forgot to mention, this was my second time at the pharmacy today since they forgot to give me that exact order earlier today. This place really needs some improvement. Several people in line were also complaining, further highlighting how terribly the customer service is."
