"If you are open, it does not matter wether I came in 30,20,10 minutes before closing. You’re there to do a service if I came in and your doors aren’t closed you must attend to me and the service I requested. How dare you deny someone 30 mins before closing for a prescription and request them to come back tomorrow? What if I need that medication as soon as possible and god forbid something happened to me overnight without my prescription? Ridiculous."
"Please try to avoid anytime after 11pm. They are in fact NEVER open after 12am but their hours say they are open 24 hours which is really unfortunate. Staff is friendly and helpful but the store itself is not honest about their operating hours."
"I had two bad experiences at this CVS. First, I tried buying beer and the staff had lost the key for the fridge and didn’t bother explaining to me, just yelled at one another. Second, I ordered photo prints to the store, and the machine was broken. Frustrating!"
"Pharmacy is really dishonest and slow. They say they’ve sent forms to doctors office and never do, delaying medications and refills that customers need. Terrible attitude everytime you go and leave you waiting while they’re laughing and chatting amongst themselves. Also nobody every picks up the phone, have to be ringing for 20 minutes sometimes. The WORST."
"I had the unfortunate experience of going to this cvs... The staff at this location is not professional... First of all this CVS IS NOT OPEN 24 HOURS.... it opens at 7am... But yet there's a big sign in their window that states they are open 24 hours...Myself and 4 other customers where standing outside of the door trying to figure out what was going on...and instead of the staff members or the manager coming to the door to explain that the store hours has change... They just stood inside of the store staringat us...Finally after 15 minutesa store employee came to the door to explain that they open up at 7am.... 7'o clock came and we where still standing outside of the door at 7:07 am... still waitingfor them to open....i Finally left and went to Walgreens 3 blocks away.... A bit pricey but it's 24 hours, the store is clean and the staff is professional and courteous"
