"This CVS is clean and well stocked, I even liked the manager greeting us in the front, but upstairs was a whole different world, I tried to pay for some items at the register , the brown skinned lady was playing video games on her phone and wouldn’t ring us up, she asked the Indian lady for the card for the register and between the both of them, I don’t know who was lazier, the Indian girl claimed she couldn’t find the card and the brown lady who continued playing video games on her phone, never looking up , told us ALL THE REGISTERS ARE BROKEN? She was rude, inattentive , and definitely didn’t want to work today or any other for that matter. Dont spend your money here, there are plenty of better places to shop for essentials, I wouldn’t give this CVS any business."

"I am very upset that I didn't receive the full value of the coupons I redeemed. They were two coupons (1) 40% off one full price and (2) a $3 Extracare Birthday reward. The full price of the one item I purchased was $14.49 giving me a saving of $5.80 and a total savings of $8.80. I received coupon savings of $7.60 and was charged $6.89 before tax. The coupon and my receipt both state 40% off full price so why did I receive 40% off a reduced price of $11.50?"

"I want to tell you that your employee Robin from CVS doesn't have manners to attend in public. She is so rude and mistreatment. So I recommend to CVS company capacitate their employees how to manage their moods and stress since at the time I was here, there was not much public. It seems to me that she that she is not happy with what she does. Please evaluate this type of service from Robin with anonymous clients so that they can corroborate what I tell you, especially during times of low influx of public where it is seen that the CVS staff has very poor attention in general with their treatment of the public and At CVS Broadway the majority are tourists like me. Additionally, because he was with a person with autism and severe mental retardation, he did not have manners or good treatment towards us."

"This was the possibly the worst and d experience I've in entire life. I am utterly appalled seriously filing a defamation of character on CVS and that employee. Tonight while shopping I was intimidated and bullied by a team member to exit the store. His excuse for doing so was that I'm a known shoplifter. I found that extremely unlikely considering that was my first time ever seeing this employee. When I continued to shop this employee felt it was appropriate for him to hurl insults and expletives at me to try to make me leave the store. He sat there the whole entire time I was checking out trying to publicly shame and embarrass me. At no point did any other employee or manager try to stop this from happening. It would be in your best to terminate this employee. Since did not want to relinquish his name when asked and did not have a nametag I will give a brief description. He was African-American, mid twenties, dreadlocks, acne ridden face, and a wide set mouth."

"Love this CVS! They have cheaper I Love NY gifts compared to the gift stores around. The staff are very helpful and there are a lot of check out options so you are never stuck in here for longer than you want to be."
