"Horrible pharmacy. Called 5 times to reach pharmacy in a 4 hour span; put on hold for 20 min+ each time. Was hung up on once. Never spoke to someone live. I was v sick. Still haven’t reached them still don’t have script. If you can’t function as a pharmacy, you should not be in business."

"Worst pharmacy ever. IMPOSSIBLE to reach by phone. About 50% of the time the script isn’t ready when you get there after texting me saying it is. I was on hold twice yesterday for over an hour before before I gave up. Normally I just walk there but I am currently unable to due to foot injury."

"I just spent 56 minutes on hold for the pharmacy. 56 minutes! And they just hanged up on me when I was next online. Very unprofessional. No customer service. In the store, there is always a line too. I would stay away if I could but not many options in the neighborhood."

"They act like it would literally kill them if you didn't have to wait 10 minutes to pick up an item (*everything* is locked down and requires somebody from the staff to come over and unlock it for you)... and then stand in a long line to pay for it. "I see 3" has become "I see 35". While it's a mild inconvenience to change pharmacies, it's a much greater inconvenience to come in here to even buy toothpaste. I am headed elsewhere. Anywhere."

"Was 1st online for roughly 20 min before being called. Pharmacy cashiers didn't acknowledge anyone and were so devoid of any customer service. The pharmacist was nice however and really helped me out."
