"Why is the efficiency and productivity coming out of this pharmacy terrible for the last 15 years? Small family pharmacies need to comeback. If management looks outside the $$$ when conducting their metrics, and evaluate time to patient, this place is dead last. They may one day be held liable for not getting the medication to the patient needed in a timely fashion, which could seen lack of due care from the staff and negligent."

"We booked a 10 pm vaccination for my kid. When we arrived, the staff said that they do not accept our insurance. We presented the insurance card and I informed the staff that it is not possible as I just got my own vaccine. A few minutes later, we were informed that yes, they found the insurance. Then, we waited for 20 min without any help. I went up to the check in desk, asking for update. I cannot believe that The pharmacist in charge gave us a full minute of saying how everyone else is more importance than we are and that he is the only pharmacist. He asked us to wait for additional 20 minutes without help!! I had to go to the check in desk for the second time!! This is when they finally helped after 40 mins of waiting for a vaccine for which we had an appointment in advance. What’s the point of having an appointment? I left the place, wondering whether the pharmacist could have handled this better. There is no reason why he should give any customer a full minute of taking down! The only bright side is that when the pharmacist came, his attitude is better than before. Maybe the CVS could have more staff? Overall, this was a horrible experience."

"Every time I have to call the pharmacy, I'm on hold for at least half an hour. Sometimes I give up after on hold for an hour. My refills may be showing on the app as "in progress" and stay like that for more than a day. Although they are open 24/7, how does it benefit me if I can not get my meds filled within a reasonable amount of time? And I can't reach anyone if I want to ask for my meds to be filled sooner than in 2-3 days! They are not even necessarily nice when I finally get hold of someone."

"Been waiting on line for 25 min ..I just had an emergency blood pressure medicine change ..need it asap and I'm finally next ..medicine is ready. Got the text and they close the window on me and say they are on lunch. How disgusting is this. 24hrs mean you are open 24 hours. I have a baby with me a need to get my kids at school..very disgusted.."

"Had to get an emergency COVID prescription at 11pm. #1, the store had a lot of customers, but it also had maybe 12 employees all of whom were working. #2, everyone, from the pharmacy to the front desk, was NOT rude, & highly efficient & very pleasant. #3, I had waited on the phone for about 20 minutes to check with the pharmacy & when my call was received, Christy was exceptionally fast, efficient, but most of all, helpful. She didn't have the patient's insurance info on but since it was COVID related, they were able to cover it through government plans. They could have easily blown us off. But they didn't. #4, I showed up within an hour & just like I was told, the medication was ready. It took 2 minutes between the time I got on the line, for the cashier to get it, and for me to pay. There wasn't even a slight instance of incompetence, inconvenience, inefficiency, rudeness, NOTHING of the sort. For them to be the ONLY 24 hour pharmacy in a 10 mile radius, I was in and out from both the pharmacy & store. I took longer to find other items I needed than to receive service. Store was spotless & being restocked. It looks as though the one star reviews are for people used to immediate gratification. None of what has been said about this CVS was true. In fact, the other four people that were at the pharmacy section also said their service was outstanding."
