"On of my wife's favorite places to shop."
"I really like the clothes here, but the service is terrible. The employees are quite unpleasant. I visited the store today and 5 employees were chatting in the middle of the store and on their phones for about 15 minutes. Another customer approached them to use the fitting room and they simply told her she could let herself in and continued on with their personal conversation. This is not the first time the employees were more focused on their personal discussions instead of helping myself as a customer."
"I would love to give 5 stars are ONLY for Yessenia! I’ve seen her many times before and each and every time she respects me and always greets me when i enter through the door or when i see her on the register. The two women who are on the sales floor merchandising are the two same women who always likes to judge before they even greet. I was wearing a backpack because i actually work at the outlets and i am a college student who does my homework at work! I walk in, I wasn’t greeted the white woman with the darker hair gave me the dirtiest look and followed me around like i was going to take something. To the women, please take notes from Yessenia. She is a hard worker who respects everyone. Thank you Yessenia for doing your job and exceeding limits of customer satisfaction!!!!"
"I will start off that I walked in to the store today to quickly return items I had purchased for my mother who came to visit from Europe. The clothes didn't fit her, unfortunately. I just had two twin girls, so I wasn't able to leave the house either for some time. I was informed that since it's been more than 45 days (a week more), I can only get them at the current price which is lower than what I had paid. There are ways to explain things and sticking the back of the receipt in my face which outlines return policy is not one of them. The manager not only failed to explain that "store credit" could only be at current price and why, but also was extremely rude and unaccommodating. What a great start to the first day being out after having baby girls! Working in customer service includes good manners and flexibility to explain things politely and be accommodating to your customers. There are plenty of other outlets in Deer park where I would not be treated rudely. Ann Taylor lost a loyal customer. I will not be coming back."
"This place sucks. Don't ever come to return anything. Cashiers are rude. They give you credit for current market price of the item (of course always lower that what you paid for). Next time you visit the store the same merchandise would be displayed at a higher price."
