"Pharmacist always has an attitude. Literally every single time I come, they are short, look at you like you’re a problem, and say contradicting statements about your medication. I only use this location because they have my medication. Probably because no one uses it because they are so bad."
"Esther is the absolute WORST Pharmacist I’ve ever encountered at not only this location, but any CVS location. She has absolutely no compassion for customers/patients & should not work as a pharmacist. She blatantly ignores people who approach the consultation desk & then gives attitude once she finally does acknowledge you. Her attitude was disgusting enough to turn me off from getting my medications from CVS altogether. I’m now looking for a new pharmacy. Please remove her from her position so no one else has to be treated the way I was today."
"Normally, CVS serves us very well. Today, however, we were practically forced into using the scanner wearing masks that limit sight by an overly-insistent employee. The salesperson demanded we use the machine after we expressely said we prefer the use of the cash register (after waiting in line with virtually no one in the store and no one at front end.) We are the customers and we think good ones. The behavior was out of line with good relations and productive service."
