"Rude people in the Forest Ave pharmacy in Glen Cove. Just called to transfer a prescription because CVS does not take my insurance and was checking to see if Walgreens did. Jamie answered the phone clearly annoyed she had to answer the phone and was so rude about this simple question that I will find another pharmacy to use. Geeze so unnecessary to be so rude to customers on the phone. No thanks."

"They are the absolute worst! They have messed up so many prescriptions I have had with them whether it’s for myself or my children. When you need reliability for a monthly medication DO NOT USE THEM."

"The pharmacists may be doing their job well but the staff is poor. No one picks up the phone, if they do you're on hold 15 minutes, they ignore you at the pick up window, they don't notify you of out of stock meds. You take a trip there to pick up all your other meds and there's always one out of stock. I have to come back. Poor operation."

"Amazing staff all around! I ordered something from another Walgreen's for pick up, but they canceled after confirming the initial request. I had to call several other Walgreen's before I finally found it by calling this store. Julian was so nice to look for the item and to put it aside for me. He then let me speak to the day manager (I forgot to ask her name) to inquire about delivery since I couldn't select their store online. It turned out I couldn't have it delivered, so had to go pick it up, but it was worth it because the day manager left a message for the night manager, Cyra, to help me apply a coupon I had from my first canceled order to this new order. Julian and both managers displayed excellent customer service!"
