"you have to wait forever to be helped. i went to get the paint mixed and i was told they cant because they don’t have the base which is the one you get off the shelf. the person was visibly annoyed claiming the paint color doesn’t exist. very disappointing."
"This place is awful when it comes to online shopping. I try to never complain about these things but they need to get it together. I paid for an item online for pick-up. After waiting 2 hours for the confirmation email I called and they said to come in, so I did. They didn't even have the item in stock. And the staff is unhelpful in general. Just go to Loews or Home depot. Better prices in those places too. Never going to this dump again."
"Good old fashioned personalized service! After looking for help elsewhere-including a car supplies store- I had been turned down everywhere. I needed help to switch batteries in two remote car locks for my old car. Katie at the counter offered to help right away and together with John they took great care to resolve my dilemma.
