"I absolutely love Sarah Krim, but LifeStance needs to improve their office staff/Med Support. They either don't get back to you at all or take days and even weeks before you hear from them and when I do it's usually because Sarah has to send them a reminder. This however does not reflect on Sarah. I give Sarah 5 stars. But LifeStance I give 3 due to this issue."

"One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. On hold for over an hour. They charge you for things that didn’t happen and then you have to fight them over the charges. And Krim was totally useless. Charged my insurance hundreds of dollars for some kind of an assessment that never happened. Literally spoke to her for 10 mins. Absolutely horrible."
