Five Below

"I'm giving 5 stars mostly for the young gentleman that helped me today. He had a lot on his mind. He still helped me with great customer service with a smile. I didn't get his name but he helped me with a charger and cord."

"They got rid of self checkout. Store seemed understaffed. Had to wait longer than usual to check out. I asked the cashier why they got rid of the self checkout, she said " people didn't know how to use it". Huh?!?"

"Used to love this store. I came here to shop at least every weekend & spent so much money in it. Lately, it’s been meh. The merchandise is not what it used to be. Now they took out all of the self check out registers which causes extremely long wait times to pay & it feels incredibly crowded."

"This Five Below, just recently opened in Fordam Shopping district...and its a 'Treat', as usual Five Below never disappoints ... I am totally in love with their T- shirt line great shirts at only $5.25"

"There is a tall guy who works here (think he might be the manager) who is just plain rude. Not nice at all, no customer service skills. I watched him interact with this older women who was looking for something and he completely brush her off with absolutely no eye contact. I had a question as well and wanted to see if he would treat me the same way and sure enough he did. He did not look at me not once and basically just repeated what I said with a “no” in front of it. I never had an issue at this store until now. They clearly need to keep him in the back where he probably does a much better job since there are no customers for him to interact with. Or maybe this is just not his line of work and he needs to find something more suitable for his personality. I just keep thinking about all of the little kids who probably excitedly went to ask him something and just completely shut them down."
