"It's 8 o'clock in the morning on a Thursday in Newburgh NY when I dove to 17k for gas from 7-eleven. #Because711TheBest There's nothing but women in front taking care of the customers. Also everybody has an attitude beside the woman whom was making the food! The store manager which is super rude by the way is standing in front of the store smoking while im directed to wait to be rung up for gas as she puts her cigarette out. Asked her about the rewards system and she the store manager and has no idea about it AT ALL! What she claim to know is it wasn't been working in a while. Which is not true ive been coming to this location before she worked here for three years at least. Every man who walked in the store was taking care of very politely customer service was up to par. My transaction was declined due to my card being locked not insufficient funds, I was treated like I was begging for gas instead of paying! Whom ever is the district manager is you should check this location out and see how the customers are being delt with! THIS IS A GETTO LOCATION!!!!!!!"

"The man that worked Thursday was so sweet. He was probably around my age I didn’t get his name he was short with curly hair. Great customer service from someone his age most teens don’t like work. You guys have a good worker."

"Gas pumps will change gas grade/charge mid service. Pay attention to the pump when you're fueling because if this happens to you the store won't care and neither will the winners behind the counter. girl called her boss to tell them what happen and she straight up LIED on the phone with me standing right there! Stay away from this gas pump fraud station! Staff is miserable, braindead and rude to boot."

"Unfriendly and very bad customer service. I wanted to buy a simcard to which the lady at the counter said they don't sell those, and I need to go to Walmart. I looked around for 2min and found the simcards next to all the giftcards. I showed it to the lady at the counter who just shrugged it off and said she didn't know they were selling these. When I wanted to pay, she said the manager had to approve the transaction. Amanda, the manager was standing right next to us, chatting to someone, and once she was done, returned back to filling out her paperwork, although she knew my purchase needed her approval. Another 5min later she finally decided to help me, not bothering that I've been waiting there for 15min just to pay...Nobody bothers helping you in this shop.."
