"Tried to illegally charge a Credit Card surcharge. There is no sign or information that a CC will be charged extra. According to federal law, any additional charges must be clearly displayed or discussed prior to transaction. And a maximum of 4% can be charged. On a $25 order they tried to charge an extra $1, which means they are charging the full 4% when other places only charge 1-3%. On top of it, the lady tried to reach over and push the YES button on the CC machine when I tried to figure out why my charge was more than the total."

"I called to tell them my bread from my sandwhich is hard and they told me they just cut it its not hard . I loved there sandwhiches but this is happening alot now"

"I'm only giving a star only because there is no options to give a 0, had 2 hairs in my sandwich, I called within half hour, and they say bring the hairs in or no refund. Who finds a hair in their food and saves it?? First reaction was to pull it out of your mouth before I get sick!! Never ever coming to this store again! Very rude customer service and obviously a sanitary issue."

"Used to go here all the time because they carry boars head but stopped going when they we're always out of what I wanted. I finally remember why I never come here because they tell me they cannot sell me a hard roll since they dont have enough. Obviously I'm going to pay for it so why deny me service. Avoid this place try the mobile down the road they dont deny customers what they are willing to pay for."
