"I’m not sure if she was the manager or not or even this location or it was the other Henrietta one But in early September this lovely lady working helped me when I got sent to the wrong 711 location to pick up my car and paid for my Uber in a horrible time I was in and didn’t have any purse with me. (She had long pretty braids) i think I know that’s not a great description but I was out of it just getting out of the hospital that’s all I can remember ) I hope she sees this message! Or someone tells her about it! I didn’t forget about it!! Thank you again. 711 she is a amazing human!"

"I've been shopping at this location for almost 10 years until this week. The slurpee machine wasn't producing quality slurpees. I decided to share it with the woman that seems to be there working night and day. BIG MISTAKE! She commenced to advise me that I needed to keep trying different flavors and pour it out until I was lucky with a flavor that was ready..? She was rude and ridiculous. There's not enough staff to keep business moving smoothly. So, I just kindly placed my 2 FULL cups on the counter and walked out. I went down the road to Fast Tract and was greeted with a smile and enjoyed our FAST TRACT frozen drink! Done with this location."

"Store says open 24 hours. Multiple customers were outside while employee could be seen sitting in the back with door locked. Very disappointed, don't advertise open 24 hours then refuse customers when they try to buy products."

"At 1:30 in the morning, a group of friends and I reached this 7-Eleven with 0 gallons in the tanks. We had tried several different gas stations claiming to be open 24-7, and all had been closed. This 7-Eleven saved us, it has two gas pumps in the front that actually worked. This 7-Eleven is a hero."

"It's October 1, 2016 my girlfriends car broke down the street so I went over there just to fill up a quick gallon of gas so I can bring it to her as quickly as possible. And I noticed it said 2.19 for a gallon of gas yet the things said 0.995 so I didn't even get a whole gallon of gas. I was in a hurry and honestly who the hell wants to argue about four to five cents. If you are getting more than one gallon or multiple cars go through throughout the day that 4 to 5 will add up quickly. I don't know what's going on there but it's got to be some type of scam."
