"I'm very disappointed how my daughter was treated when she went for a tour at Bright Horizon on West 96th street. She scheduled a tour days in advance and spoke to multiple people regarding the information that she needed. When she arrived to the establishment she was not greeted correctly. Mind you it was a snowy day and she was with her 1 year old child. She mentioned that she had an appointment for a tour and the woman immediately mentioned the tuition as if she couldn't afford it just by looking at her. That's discrimination! The proper and professional thing to do was give her the tour that she scheduled for and then talk about the cost. This is not okay. I will be investigating this matter further and I hope other parents do not experience this."

The staff are wonderful- true professionals who are also loving and emotionally engaged with the children. A+ for BH 96th Street in our book!"

"Our child started here when he was a baby. His infant teachers were so kind. We felt very comfortable and assured they were providing him with a warm, nurturing environment in which to feel safe and thrive. When he transitioned into the toddler classroom, we were really pleased with how he was given opportunities to grow and be independent. The center leadership - Ronnie, Judith, and Kelly - are great as well! Very dedicated to their staff and parent community."

"Our oldest has been going here for almost 4 years and has loved ever day - the teachers and staff put in a lot of care towards the kids and take a genuine interest in the happiness of the kids. Ronnie, the director has built a good community with the parents across the class and have been very supportive especially during the pandemic. Our youngest was only there for 6 months, and she was really well supported and taken care off by the teachers (shout out to Miss Mah) in the young infant classroom. We're going to miss going to the center everyday and highly recommend this Bright Horizons!"
