"From the initial phone call assistance in purchasing tickets to passing through the security guards, the customer service at Carnegie Hall was nothing short of seamless. The venue itself is breathtaking and majestic. As a plus-size individual (3x), I had concerns about fitting comfortably in the chairs, given past experiences at Broadway shows. However, Carnegie Hall pleasantly surprised me – the seats were not only plus-size-friendly but also exceptionally comfortable. I wholeheartedly look forward to returning for another show at this fantastic venue."
"Carnegie Hall was an okay experience. The acoustics were decent, but I expected a bit more magic considering its reputation. The performance was great , but I've seen better employees elsewhere."
"It was a Sold-out Lang Lang concert on a Thursday night. The only seats left were in the nose-bleed section at the very top tier of seats. If you must sit there get the last row, row Q - it more feet room (forget leg room!) then row P on down. Sightlines and sound were great! Our wait time was because we got there early. The ticket price was almost $100 each - and all that was left to buy a month before the concert."
"So pretty. Music sounds magical in there. Sometimes it was difficult to hear speakers though; even with mics on. Staff were extremely nice and helpful!"
"The world famous, legendary Carnegie Hall, is woven into cultural history as a theatre of great musical performances across different genres, including jazz, classical music and even the Beatles. Enjoy some great concerts, in a landmark venue, amongst appreciative, engaging and knowledgeable audiences. 2023 is the 10th anniversary of the National Youth Ensembles, and the 6th year of the National Youth Orchestra Jazz, a modern day big band. I enjoyed a sensational set of performances crammed full of young artistic talent, combined with some stylish interventions from some older masters appearing as special guests. Well done to Sean Jones, artistic director, for pulling together such an array of talent to explore some musical masterpieces. With the theme of the 29ers, or artists born on the 29th of any month, he wrote himself into a script of icons, including Duke Ellington and Wycliffe Gordon. The connection between the highly appreciative and engaged audience and the young musicians made the occasion extraordinary. A night of great memories with great people."
