"So thankful I found this place! Everyone that works at the place is very accommodating, friendly and professional. That’s not the only thing, the doctor was able to determine what my pup’s problem was. She was very thorough, kind and explained everything to us. My pup had outpatient surgery and his eye is now healed. I wish I had found this place sooner. It would have saved me from a lot of stress; my pup wouldn’t have been in such discomfort for months PLUS I wouldn’t have spent needless amounts of money!!"
"This place is good as it looks. The staff are very friendly and informative. They offer some treats like chocolate and coffee and water. This is very nice. They also handled my pet well. I would recommend it but the wait time could get annoying."
"I am sure, based on the other reviews, they provide good care, but I found the office staff extremely difficult to work with, always in a rush, constantly juggling multiple calls, and they are very rigid (for example, she said they wouldn't sign a form for my insurance with the estimate they provide, and the form is simply the details of the estimate-"we don't work with insurance"-Yes I know, no vet does, and I am not asking you to. I will work with them but I need you to sign a form), and they don't take the time to listen and understand. So I cancelled my appointment because if this represents the attitude of the clinic towards care and compassion for my fur family member, I am not going to risk it. Advice to mgt: Either ramp up your support staff or train better because they seemed complete overwhelmed and robotic."
"Wow, what an experience! -The Hells kitchen location was clean and the equipment appears to be up to date. -Most importantly, Cheryl and Dr. Telle were such a DELIGHT! They listened, asked questions and thoroughly explained my dog's diagnosis. I left feeling hopeful and at ease. I should mention they were so patient and sweet to my feisty fur baby, Bella. Thank you so much!!"
"I took my dog to the regular vet and she did not get better. They referred me here and they figured out what was wrong with her eye, and within 23 days she was completely healed."
