"I'm feeling obligated to leave a review after reading a few misleading reviews. My daughter has been going to Little Guppies for two years now, and we are very satisfied with our experience. She loves all of the teachers there, and comes home talking about her day with a smile on her face. The director did /not/ allow school to continue with a bat flying around the place. I was there that morning to drop my daughter off, and they were already evacuating the children. Parents were called and told to collect their children and kept outdoors until then."

"Little Guppies is the greatest place ever! All 4 of my kids go there. We have zero issues. Each room has amazing teachers and lesson plans. Every day is thought out just perfect to keep the kids engaged at all times. The center is beautiful, the outdoor area is great, and they can walk to nearby parks and businesses. Overall awesome experience. Have been with them for 6 years. Very affordable. It's the best! A home away from home. My kids look forward to going there."

"Very unprofessional, they had my son's bib on him all day everyday which rubbed on the back of his neck making him bleed. When we confronted the owner Amy about it she said we do not clean him enough and it's a rash. Dr agrees it's from the bib. When Little Guppies was notified that our son will be ending his relationship there, the owner got irate, telling us to come get our son and that we complain too much. Our complaints were as follows: He was fed only twice in a 10 hour period, he was caught sleeping face down multiple times when we came to pick him up, bottles went missing or sent home with other parents, they allowed him to sleep in a rocker for hours and continued to accept children while a live bat was loose within the daycare (until NYS got involved). I am happy he is not there anymore!!! I think you should explore all options before considering Little Guppies."
