Upstate Caring Partners

Upstate Caring Partners is a community institution located at 125 Business Park Drive in Utica, New York. Our mission is to provide innovative programs and services that support and create opportunities for people of all abilities. We offer services for infants and young children who have exhibited delays in development, as well as programs for children, adults, and families that focus on holistic wellbeing.

Our institution also features a group of multitalented adult artists who create art as a form of self-expression. We are proud to be a Charity Bib Partner for the 2024 Boilermaker, and we actively participate in community events such as the Annual Buddy Walk.

In collaboration with the New York State Office of Mental Health and the Office of Addiction Supports and Services, we strive to promote mental health and wellness in our community. Additionally, we offer support programs for individuals with disabilities and their families, including assistance with health insurance through New York State Medicaid and Child Health Plus.
