"I am a personal patient of this doctor and I honestly can say that her staff is one of the reasons why I am currently looking for a new doctor. The people she employs to answer her phone have no care to do their job correctly and genuinely treat her patients with extreme disregard. They give you false information and treat you like garbage when all you were trying to do is make sure that your mental is on track. They are wrong and then when you treat them the way they deserve to be treated then they cry and play victim like they are being treated unfairly but it’s a reaction to their horrible service. Think twice before coming to the doctor, please!"

"Dr. Sial is highly unprofessional and I am curious as to how she still has a license. She is very quick to diagnose and prescribe medication. When I was needing a refill and explaining to her I was going through a very tough time, she told me “the only reason you are crying is because you haven’t taken your medication”. Totally dismissive of how I felt. Do not trust her to adhere to HIPPA regulations. When I had explained to her why I left home and how I felt unsafe in my current living situation, she told me to go back to the place that was causing me distress and focus on my studies. Very disappointed in how she treats her patients and do not recommend."

"I wouldn’t recommend dr. Sial to anyone She’s is incredibly judgmental and over hears you. Charges your insurance for a 30-45 min session when in reality she only sees you for 10 mins. She just prescribes you medicine and asks you the standard questions she’s required through the state. Does not care and makes inappropriate remarks. Such as you “gained weight”. But says mental health is so important? I don’t get it. I won’t be seeing her anymore and wouldn’t recommend anyone else seeing her."

"Terrible. I have been on Klonopin for 8 years. She told me to stop cold Turkey. I didn’t like that so I weened myself off. One week in I was getting nauseous, insomnia, tremors, muscle spasms. When I called the office I spoke to receptionist and she said oh sorry doc is not in till Tue -5 days away! Seriously!!! She finally set a virtual appt and didn’t let me speak. She said my doc is stupid and doesn’t know what he is talking about. She acted like a child. I could not get a word in edgewise. Whatever I will find someone else!"

"I have been seeing Dr. Sial for almost 10 years, and she is fantastic. If you want someone to coddle you and overprescribe medicine, look elsewhere. Dr. Sial will be up front and honest and has a great ability to prescribe you what you need and what works, unlike many doctors who make you try different medicines in different combinations. She also takes insurance which is almost impossible to find, psychiatrists typically do not. Dr. Sial has changed my life and even provides an ear when I need to talk which would typically be done by a therapist. She may tell it like it is, but we have to be honest with ourselves if we want to get well, some of us just don't' want to hear it. I am not an easy patient, and I am so pleased with Dr. Sial, her staff, highly recommend!"
