"This citymd in East Meadow had terrible experience. The doctor didn’t examine my condition properly and gave me without asking wrong antibiotics dosage and wrong cough syrup . Had hard time reaching their aftercare team to correct this problem. Do I suffered with horrible cough and flu like symptoms for day without medication. Never go this location"

"Zero stars! Dr Kahn misdiagnosed my son. She told me he had ulcers on his tonsils, HIS TONSILS WERE REMOVED WHEN HE WAS 4 AND SHE INSISTED THEY WERE THERE. She prescribed a z pack and a prescription mouthwash. After not feeling too confident I contacted my sons pediatrician who then looked at his mouth and confirmed he had NO TONSILS AND ADVISED AN OVER THE COUNTER MOUTH RINSE!! If Dr Kahn thinks she's seeing tonsils when there are none what else does she "think"?? Quack Dr!!"

"I Would’ve been better off, going and waiting at the ER! This was my first and last time at this location. The worst city MD ever!! Once in the exam room, I waited an hour and still never seen a provider and I was in pain! Did they care… No and they knew I was in pain. I ended up leaving!"

"Great care! I was in and out in under an hour with an x-ray and prescription sent to my pharmacy. The whole team was great kind and understanding. I’ve been there for years and will continue."

"Presented with flu symptoms and was told i had a cold. The PCR came up positive for flu the next day. Nobody called me. When i called and asked for tamaflu i was told i had to come in for it. I returned and paid another copay. The doctor wanted to give me a note for 2 days off from work. He said i could return if i wasn't better by then. And pay another copay of course. All indications suggest 3-7 days to recover. Go somewhere else. We have lots of choices. Rude and uncaring staff."
