ZERO sympathy, empathy or care. An absolute could care less about you attitude. Subpar customer service and lack of urgency or concern. For this reason - RUN away from this practice if you don't want to hear a callous, insensitive, cruel, cold, pick a number and stand in-line attitude. In this line of profession, regardless of the role you play, there needs to be an understanding, compassion and care. IF NOT, at the very least an empathy and understanding that should be emblematic of any decent human-being."
