"Very disappointed - this is the second time I ordered from them, the first time they did not have what I wanted & sent an Up-grade version of what I was ordering @ no extra charge. This time again, they did not have what I ordered & called me to tell me, I then asked for a discount, the GUY acted as if he did not hear me, so they sent a DOWN-VERSION of what I ordered and the fee was high almost $60.00. My daughter sent me a picture of what she received today, not close to all the flowers i wanted. I really thought that I had found a flower/shop that I could count on..........guess not, now I have to find another company before 4/22/23, as I need flowers sent again to my daughter,, K.Locklear"

"I went on their website and found an arrangement that I liked so I called and asked how much extra would it be to do calla lilies instead of the regular lilies that was in the arrangement. I was told it would be in the $75 range. I agreed to the deal and gave them my information. Being that I live in Phoenix Arizona, I asked them before they delivered my flowers to please send me a picture of the arrangement. Well it was delivered without my final approval. When my sister sent me pictures of the arrangement they were nothing like what I paid for. I ended up paying almost $120 for eight roses and seven mini Cala lilies and greenery. They never sent me a receipt or the picture like I asked. when I call the shop they try to skirt around the issue of them being busy that’s why they couldn’t send a picture of the arrangement per one woman who answered the phone. When I told them I was unhappy with the arrangement because it was not what I picked out on the website, nor was it what I was told the price would be. Had it not been for my sister, loving Cala lilies and roses. I would’ve sent them back and asked for a refund. Once I complain to the lady on the phone about not being happy, she said that she would have the owner call me back. He called back and asked what did I want to do about it? He asked did I want him to go and pick up that arrangement from my sister who had already seen it and said they could probably make something else. I told him that defeated the purpose. And I also explained to him that I requested a picture for final approval since I am out of state before they even delivered it. Then he asked me if $30 off of the $118 I paid will that be a fair credit. I told him that was not gonna solve the issue at hand. I was not happy with her arrangement and not getting what I paid for. He was so in a rush to get off the phone with me. He said he would look up my credit card information and apply a $30 refund. My question is what are you doing with my credit card information three days later after the purchase is what I want to know. I will never do business with this company again and I only gave them 2 stars because my sister liked the arrangement. I would not recommend this florist."
