"This review is for the deli. Don’t put a pickup time if you can’t fulfill it within 15 minutes of pickup. There’s no reason someone should wait over an hour for an order that was placed 30 minutes before scheduled pick up time. Especially at a deli. Figure out a system. Have someone take care of online orders and the other person working on the in store customers. Managers should be coaching and assisting the staff. Set up pars for things you have to grab off the shelves outside the deli. This is my 3rd time in a row with the same experience."

"Dawn in the bakery is super helpful and very knowledgeable. She’s super patient and made my idea come to life when creating a cake for my boyfriend's birthday. We have been getting cakes from this location and always hope and pray we come in contact with Dawn during our visit because we know that she will do her best to make our experience perfect. "FAITH is a true HERO!!!! I went in last Sunday about 130 after placing order on app. Supposed to be done at 120. I'm patient and waited patiently for a bit and got ignored by all staff. Out came a wonderful female who I could tell was running circles in there to make sure customers happy. She approached me with amazing smile and service. She explained they were out of some stuff and asked me how I would like my sub and would be thrilled to make it . To all upper management, she is the true hero and deserves that platform. "My favorite Publix! The staff is everything. They are very helpful. The cashiers are always friendly for all of my visits to this Publix. The store is quite efficient and very clean. The store manager seems to be very involved and interacts with staff and customers every time I see him. The staff and store manager help me find things and they will even check in the back for items. Excellent store!"
